  1. Summer Orange

What better way to start your summer than to apply a coat of Rimmel London’s Salon Pro in the shade Summer Orange, 321. This shade is perfect for the summer time & is one of my personal favourites! It’s like bringing a fancy Cuban beach vacation into a bottle. Unfortunately Rimmel London have discounted this shade, however you can find this exact same shade by Maybelline at Superdrug.com. The shade is Orange Attack Nail Polish, 341. This retails at £3.99.

2. Neutral & Gold Hues

For all my nude lovers what better way than to keep your nails popping this summer than to add some GOLD! Whether you’re on the beach or moving around the city, this NARS Milos Nail Polish  is the perfect way to add a neutral tone with a little sparkle to keep your nails shimmering all summer long. This retails at £13.50.

I am a huge fan of nude, but nude isn’t one shade for all of course. If you’re tan like me and need the perfect nude nail polish, look no further because I have found it! A few years back Rimmel London were stocking the shade Get A Nail Tan, however since then they have discontinued it. I was so sad because it was the only place stocking the perfect nude for brown/tan girls. But since then the shadeTea & Toast by Butter London has been released and is the exact same shade! This shade is perfect if you want a nude hue or if you’re on the beach and don’t want that sandy look. This retails at £6.95, now that I’ve found this shade I’m getting it in bulk before it goes out of stock !

3.  Pink!

You can never go wrong with pink polish, whether its a soft, baby hue of pink or a bright bold pink! It’ll always keep the attention on your nails and is the perfect colour for summer. This soft pink by Rimmel London in the shade Ethereal Nude will give that pretty in pink vibe to your summer nails and dries in 60 seconds! This shade retails at £2.99.

Bold, bright pinks are the ultimate shade everyone needs in their nail kit this summer, I’m so drawn to it and I’m not much of a pink girl! This bright pink by Rimmel London in the shade Berries & Cream oozes confidence and gives me summer in the Caribbean.  Trust me when I say everyone will be talking about your nails with this shade. This shade also retails at £2.99.

4.  The Universal Reds

Red is the perfect nail colour all year long, but this summer think of sticking to reds with orange bases, giving your nails a warmer tone. These reds will bring the perfect oomph to your summer mani or pedi (or both!). This KIKO Rapid Drying Nail Lacquer in the shade Fire Red, 11 will have your nails looking incredible this summer. This shade retails at £2.50 but is currently on sale for £1.70 on KIKOcosmetics.com

5. Sky Blue

When you love the colour blue but don’t want to go for the darker shades in the summer, pastel blues should be your go to. They are soft, warm yet turn heads to your mani pedi! The shade in Salt Water Happy Baby Blue, 374 by Essie will add that perfect blue to your nail kit for the summer. It retails at £7.99.
